Return Policy

30-day returns. Free return shipping. No restocking fees.

If your 2Hands Pickleball order isn't right for you, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We don't require the original packaging, and we don't require the item to be unused — if you took them on court and they weren't for you, that still counts.

How to start a return

Email matt@2handspickleball.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll review your request and reply within one business day with next steps.

Return shipping

Return shipping is free. Once your return is approved, we'll email you a prepaid shipping label along with instructions — pack the glasses up, attach the label, and drop it off at any USPS location. You'll never pay to send something back to us.

Refunds

We process refunds within 2 business days of receiving your request, back to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it can take another 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.

Restocking fees

None. Ever.

Exchanges

Want a replacement or a different color instead of a refund? Mention it in your email and we'll get one out to you.

What we can't accept

Requests made more than 30 days after delivery.

Orders placed on Amazon

Amazon handles returns for Amazon orders under their own return policy. Start it from Your Orders in your Amazon account.
